Best Western Plus Plaza by the Green

Very friendly and efficient staff. Super clean throughout. Excellent breakfast options and an amazing automatic espresso machine. Coffee, tea and fresh baked cookies available throughout the day. 4 pillows on the bed. Nice view of the golf course.

McKenzie greeted us when we arrived and was super helpful and informative. This was impressive as we arrived late in the evening. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was updated and had a bathtub which was a nice bonus. Breakfast had a good selection of foods.

The breakfast was fine; however, breakfast didn't start until 6:00 am, many of the construction workers need to on site or be traveling at 6 am to the work sites, so many workers miss the breakfast, me included. May I suggest starting breakfast at 5:30 am, to accommodate those who have to leave early.

Travelled from the UK for a funeral so wasn't the greatest circumstances but the staff were very friendly and polite, the breakfast was lovely and the location was great. Felt safe and was in between the airport and where we needed to get to in Kent. Free water whenever required and free refills of tea/coffee throughout the day. It also had a little shop to buy any emergency items.

We've stayed here before and this is the friendliest place! From the front desk, (shoutout to Courtney), to the breakfast room staff and all housekeeping staff, you couldn't find nicer people who genuinely want to make your stay the best ever! Beds and pillows are so comfortable, location next to golf course is exceptionally quiet (great view of landscaping), no street noise!
